AVIIVA was a rising star in the electronic dance music scene, and wanted a web site that captured people’s eyes in the same way their music captured people’s ears. It brought center stage the most juicy of content: event details and press releases. The content strategy also ensured easy navigation for an international audience. The back-end utilized WordPress to easily add and manage additional content and features in the future.
As the web developer, I planned, researched and developed the front and back-end web pages and services.
During planning, an emphasis on modern, accessible, compatible technologies was made to ensure market reach and satisfaction. Research and development lead to a mobile-first approach, accessible-friendly features, and support for all modern smart devices, on all major web browsing platforms.

As the systems administrator, I planned, installed, monitored and maintained the web systems and services.
During planning, an emphasis on modern, maintained, open-source technologies was made to improve technical support and return on investment. Research lead to a three-pillar approach with compatibility, reliability and security as the pillars on a foundation of international adoption and support.
All resources, services, updates and patches were monitored around the clock, had custom levels of priority, and were automated with backups, critical security patches, and service alerts.
Network protections were covered from multiple checkpoints. Some include, but were not limited to, layers of: encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, authentication, and authorization.
